Using Multiple Models To Develop Your Game With Hayfish AI

Using Multiple Models To Develop Your Game With Hayfish AI banner

How do you build a game with AI without relying on a single model? This session will explore how we created and launched PENCILS DOWN using multiple competing AI models together, giving each model different roles in the development process and using them to challenge and improve each other’s work.

We’ll walk through the actual AI workflows we used to take PENCILS DOWN from an idea to a finished game, including how we used multiple models throughout development rather than depending on one AI system. We’ll also discuss how to avoid the common trap of endlessly refining AI-generated work and instead make decisions, ship the game, and move forward.

Finally, we’ll look at how the same AI-assisted approach can help turn a game concept into a larger creative property, with opportunities to expand beyond the game itself.
